Bay Bridge Landing Brunswick

QUICK TRAIL FACTS

  • Preserve Size: 4 acres
  • Trail Mileage: .3-mile loop
  • Pets: yes
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Sights: Androscoggin River, wetland, wheelchair-accessible trail

This is a sweet place — really lovely — and a good spot for birding. There’s a teensy trail — it’s just 0.3 miles — but it’s pretty, and wheelchair accessible, passing the river, small wetland, and pond. The town of Brunswick maintains the park. It’s possible to put in a boat here, too.

Directions: From Old Bath Road, coming from Cook’s Corner, you’ll take a left at the Bay Bridge Estates, about two miles from the lights and intersection of Lowe’s and Route 1. The street is called Driscoll, I believe. There are other lefthand turns you can take into this housing park, too. Drive to the t-section, take a left and continue to the park. There’s lots of parking.

Let me know if you have any trail updates or corrections!
