This Maine Coast Heritage Trust walk is famous for its beauty, and its reputation is deserved. It’s an extraordinary spot. While the trail network, a bit more than two miles, isn’t that long, it’s interesting throughout. There is a raised peat bog, a cobble beach, and really beautiful views.

Directions: The preserve’s parking lot is off Boot Cove Road, a little under two miles from Route 191 (Dixie Road), and about 3.8 miles from South Lubec Road.
