If you need just a micro dose of nature, this is a good place for it! The Freeport Land Trust has built a wide, grassy trail, just under a half mile long, that takes you through what was once an old pasture, now returning to forest. It’s a great place for birding. The path emerges onto an open spot by Hidden Pond that’s been outfitted with a bench.
