Indian Point Preserve, Ellsworth Posted on June 5, 2019 by Rebecca Goldfine QUICK TRAIL FACTS Preserve Size: Not sure Trail Mileage: .3 miles one way Pets: yes Difficulty: easy Sights: Union River, Card Brook, and views of downtown This Frenchman Bay Conservancy trail, about 0.3 miles one way down to a wooded point with soaring pines and picnic tables, offers an interesting walk through Native American history, thanks to the informative trail signs. There are also a few displays about the local natural history. A portion of the trail swoops down close to the brook. Directions: From Route 1, turn onto Water Street.
