This is a short, easy walk, with flat and level trails, on a 160-acre Loon Echo Land Trust preserve. The trail is less than a mile and loops through a forest and field. The amazing views of mountains are on the other side of the road, so enjoy them as you drive to the trailhead. This is a good place for local people to take a peaceful walk.
Directions: In the village center of Casco, turn right on Mayberry Hill Road, drive to the top of the hill. Turn left at the stop sign. The preserve is a short distance on the right, with a new spacious lot as of 2022.
