- McClellan Park — This isn’t really a destination for people wanting to go for a walk, but it’s so spectacular I’ve decided to include it. From the parking lot for day visitors (there is also a camping area), very short trails lead to the rocky coast and to well-situated picnic tables for dramatic dining.
- Milbridge Commons and Sudsbury Trail — You can explore two tiny trails, one .1 mile and the other .2 miles, in the town of Milbridge and catch some nice views of the river.
