The Pettingill Park trail and the Union Street Greenway provide a part-urban, part woodsy walk. The park is 45 acres, with playgrounds, sledding hills and trails. From one end to the other, including the forested loop, it’s probably about 1.5 miles. Parts of it are doable for wheelchair users.

Directions: Pettengill Park can be accessed in several locations but parking is available along the park road near the Auburn Parks Department.
