Singing Meadows Preserve, Edgecomb

QUICK TRAIL FACTS

  • Preserve Size: 16 acres
  • Trail Mileage: .6-mile loop
  • Pets: yes
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Sights: fields, former saltwater farm

I didn’t hear any singing on the cold March day I walked around on this field, just the wind howling. But I imagine it could offer a symphony of sound in the spring. Sigh. If that ever comes (note: the winter of 2013-2014 was endless). This walk is just 1/2 mile or so.

Directions: From Route 1 North, take a right onto Eddy Road, just after the bridge. After 1.2 miles, take a right onto Cross Point Road, and the parking lot is .3 miles on the right.

Let me know if you have any trail updates or corrections!
