- Tide Mill Creek — This 2.5-mile trail system (parts of which were overgrown in the summer of 2017) takes you down to a tidal inlet.
- Mason Bay Preserve — A pleasant walk on this large conservation tract is the easy 0.5-mile stroll to the bay from the end of Bay Ridge Road. (Visited July, 2025)
