  • Sights: Bauneg Beg Pond, glacial kettle hole

This is an easy 1-mile loop in the woods, protected by Great Works Regional Land Trust, with a bench overlooking part of Bauneg Beg Pond — the headwaters of the Great Works River! The pond is fairly built up with houses, so it is wonderful this corner of it has been preserved.

Drive on Morrills Mill Road for approximately 2 miles until you reach West Fifth Street, take this right.
