This 36-acre preserve with old red oaks, hemlocks, thickets and a wetland can be explored via a 1.1-mile looped trail.

Directions: Park on the north side of Flaggy Meadow Road in Gorham.

  1. Walked the trail in November and snow shoed twice. Its turning into one of my favorite spots. Easy access, and beautiful trees, ferns, moss!!!
