- Reynold’s Brook — You can walk the gravel road to a couple of very short footpaths that bring you to quiet spots along Orange Lake or Reynold’s Brook.
- Rocky Lake Preserve — This is a huge tract of protected land, more than 2,200 acres, which as of 2022 had a 1.5-mile loop trail at the north, near a great swimming hole on Rocky Lake, and a short trail to a bluff with views of Orange Lake.
- Orange River Conservation Area and Estey Mountain — A short trail brings you steeply up to little Estey Mountain with lovely views of nearby lakes and Orange River. Meanwhile, a slightly longer trail brings you to the river’s shore.
