- Todd Wildlife Sanctuary — You can do a roughly 1.5-mile loop on the mainland through meadow, forest, and to a great view from the tip of Hockomock Point. The sanctuary also includes Hog Island, where you can walk even more if you have a boat. No dogs are allowed on the island, and there is no public boat launch from the mainland site.
- Bremen Town Forest Trail — Two loops through a forest to a saltwater estuary. The longer loop is about 1.5 miles.
- Pemaquid Pond Preserve — Two delightful loops bring you to two beautiful places to bask on rocks by Pemquid Pond, or to swim if the season is right.
- Hay Conservation and Recreation Area — A 0.25-mile mown path heads down from an upper parking area to the seashore at this town-owned parcel. You can return via the gravel driveway.
