Map shows trails in York County
- Ossipee Hill — An unmarked, quick but steep (1.8 miles round trip) hike to a fire tower with views over treetops. The access road is rough, so if you have a low-clearance car, you’ll want to park farther down the access road, increasing the overall distance of the hike.
- Waterboro Barrens Preserve — There’s an interesting ecosystem on this 2,475-acre preserve, which is crisscrossed with tracks. The soil can be quite sandy. Dogs are not allowed.
