Crystal Spring Farm trails in blue, Maquoit Road trails in red.

There are two parts to this wonderful trail system; a south and a north network. While dogs are allowed to the north of Pleasant Street, they are not allowed on the south section because of the animals that live on the working farm here. The farm trails offer views of cows, pigs, goats, and wild blueberry fields. The birding is wondering in the spring, in the fields around the farm.

You can continue your walk across Maquoit Road at the vast system of nice, easy trails in the forest there.

Directions: To access the trails on the south (the farm side), park at the farm, or by the gate along Pleasant Street. You’ll see it on the left as you drive in from Maine Street. To access the trails on the north side, take Baribeau Road to the medical offices, and turn in at the drive for Tom Settlemire Garden. Drive to the end of the parking lot here. You’ll see the kiosk and trailhead off to your right, at the edge of the woods. Park in any marked spot. You can also find your way in here from the assisted living community, off Thornton Way. The Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust has done a great job of building walkable, easy trails.
